The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals, your commitment, and openness to the process. Studies have shown that for some a habit can be formed after 21 days, but more often it can take up to 8 or 9 weeks. Generally, clients will begin to feel the positive affects of Mindfulness much sooner than then 8 to 9 weeks. It isn't just about learning Mindfulness Practices but rather making them a habit and integrating the Mindfulness Practices into your daily life.
